The Treasurer's Office is led by the associate vice president for finance and assistant treasurer, who oversees treasury services, financial reporting, audit, and environmental health and safety.
The office of environmental health and safety is responsible for laboratory safety, hazardous waste, chemical management, hazard communication and overall health and safety issues.
In addition, the Treasurer's Office has a close working relationship with the Investment Office in coordinating operational responsiblities related to the university's investment portfolio. These include internal controls along with custodial, depository, legal and audit functions.
