The Purchasing office, through the E & I Cooperative Purchasing, has set up a preferred lodging discount program with the Wyndham Hotel Group.
Colgate faculty and staff traveling on university business or pleasure will be entitled to reserve rooms at discounts, currently 10 % below the lowest unrestricted rate offered (Starting in January 2010, the discount will increase to 20%).
Please note that the Wyndham Hotel Group includes the following properties: Wyndham, Ramada, Days Inn, Baymont Inns, Microtel Inns, Howard Johnson, Travelodge, Super 8, Wingate and Hawthorn Suites.

Note: Our Discount Account ID Number 1000007780 and Affiliate ID Number 001015 must be given to the reservation agent to receive the discounted rate.
