Thank you for your interest in The Helmsley Middletowne Hotel. It is our pleasure to offer Colgate University the following corporate contracted rates, terms and agreements as follows:

Rates:
The following contracted non-commissionable rates are guaranteed by The Helmsley Middletowne Hotel. Rates are exclusively for Colgate University for single or double occupancy only.

Subject to 13.375% NYC Taxes plus $3.50 per room per night

When making reservation, please make sure to mention Colgate University. Upon arrival, individual guest must pay his own bill unless otherwise specified. All reservations at these preferred rates requires a credit card to guarantee and remit a full payment of charges before departure. Guests not traveling with credit cards will be required to provide cash deposit.
Blackout Dates:
The contracted rates will not be available during the following black out dates:
September 14-27, 2010
October 30-November 01, 2010
November 19-December 12, 2010
December 26, 2010-January 02, 2011
During these dates best available rates will be offered.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-In Time: 4:00 P.M.
Checkout Time: 12:00 P.M.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made before 4:00 PM, eastern time, the day before arrival date or a cancellation fee of one (1) day of room & taxes will apply
No Show Penalty
Guest failed to call to cancel on time or did not show up on arrival date, a penalty of one room night and taxes will be charged without notice.
Payment:
It is our understanding each guest will be responsible for his/her own rooms, taxes and Incidentals unless otherwise instructed.
Agreement:
Corporate rates apply to individual bookings only; corporate rates do not apply to groups. Please contact our Sales Office for group bookings.
