Charles H. Sanford Field House - one of the finest indoor practice facilities in the Northeast and Patriot League

- 25 treadmills, 24 ellipticals, a dozen stationary bicycles, and several Precor adaptive motion trainers arrayed in front of floor-to-ceiling windows that run the length of the lodge-style second floor
- personal screens attached to machines to review workout information and watch television programs
- monitors can also control the user's iPod or access music playlists on a USB drive

- features a recreational bay for use by Colgate faculty, staff, students, alumni, and their guests at no charge
- Laser sailboats, AMF Pico Sailboats, canoes, kayaks, a rowboat, a paddle boat, and a single rowing shell
