What are the office hours?
Regular hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. Summer hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Can I get an unofficial copy of my transcript?
Unofficial copies of transcripts are only available to currently matriculated students. Students may present their Colgate ID at the registrar's office to request an unofficial transcript, or requests may be faxed or mailed. In the case of faxed or mailed requests, the information required is the same as that required for official transcripts (see above). In addition, current students have access to their unofficial transcripts through Banner Self-Service. Once a student has graduated from or left Colgate, a transcript can only be obtained in official format.
