Concur allows employees to manage their travel arrangements and expense reimbursements electronically, thereby reducing paper usage and reimbursement time. Faculty and staff access concur via a link after signing into the portal.

Colgate's Emergency Alert System is Rave Alerts, which provides e-mail, SMS text, and voice message notifications in the event of a campus emergency. Students, faculty, and staff register by signing into the portal

Provides automated phone directory services using voice recognition. Dial 315-228-7755 (or x7755 on campus) and immediately say the name of the person you are calling.
Accruent's Facilities Management and Inventory System is used by Colgate's Facilities department. Anyone on campus may submit work orders online

Colgate uses Tableau server software for enterprise dashboards and visualizations. The data warehouse synthesizes data from various systems and is the backbone of most of the information found in Tableau. Links to the Tableau dashboards can be found in the portal or it can be directly accessed at tableau.colgate.edu
