Being “homesick” or missing home is a natural response during any transition in life, especially if it’s the first time you are leaving home.

Making plans to visit home and setting a designated time to keep in touch with friends and family can help free up the rest of your time to embrace new opportunities and form new relationships. If you find yourself in need of some extra support during this time, the counselors at the Conant House are available to help you.
