Appointments
The services of the Counseling Center are offered free of charge to all students. Click
here to be taken to a confidential, secure scheduler to make a first appointment. You can also simply call the center (between 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday) or drop in at Conant House and set up an appointment personally with the office manager.
Emergencies
- A counselor is available 24/7 by calling campus safety at 315-228-7333.
- During office hours (8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 1:30-5:00 p.m.) a counselor is accessible at 315-228-7385.
Monday through Friday the center has crisis hours from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Crisis hours can also be used to consult about another person. Crisis hours are provided on a first-come, first-served basis; however, emergencies take precedence.
Crisis hours are provided primarily for emergency situations. If your concern is not an emergency, we ask that you
schedule an appointment.
