Calendar basics
The Colgate calendar allows users to search events by date, category, or organization/group.
Anyone with a valid Colgate network ID can enter an event by clicking Submit an Event on the calendar. Submitted events are reviewed by the calendar administrator before being published.
Anyone designated as a calendar administrator for an office or department can add, modify, or publish events by clicking Manage Events at the bottom left of the screen.
Request help
If you have a question about entering events or if you need to add or remove someone as a calendar administrator from your calendar group, please submit a request for help using the Web Help -- Content form.
