Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar performs a variety of services for students (current and former), faculty, and administrators.

The office’s primary responsibilities include maintaining student academic records, preparing the schedule of courses, managing course registration and drop/add, processing transcripts, verifying enrollment and graduation/degree conferral, evaluating and approving transfer credit, completing graduation and major/minor clearances, and providing reliable institutional data to support campus initiatives.

During the academic year, the office is open from 8 a.m. - noon and 1 p.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (except holidays). During the summer we are open from 8 a.m. - noon and 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday (except holidays).
