W.M. Keck Center for Language Study

The Keck Center in Lawrence Hall is a high-tech space for the exploration of language and culture, promoting global perspectives in education.

Global Perspectives

The center's robust technology and study space support our commitment as a university to broaden students' perspectives. The center creates opportunities for students to explore diverse ways of thinking through both academic study and immersion in new languages and cultures.

Regular Hours

Mon–Thurs: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Fri:  9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sat: Closed
Sun: 1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m
The Keck Center is located at the Terrace Level of Lawrence Hall.

Room Reservations

The Keck Center has many rooms that can be reserved. 

Students and faculty can reserve recording rooms and conference room by contacting the student monitors in person or by calling ext. 7257
Faculty can reserve the computer classroom, or lounge area, by contacting the center director, gduclos@colgate.edu.
