'Gate Fitness - Open Fitness Classes

'Gate Fitness classes are tailored towards all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced — everybody fits!

Group Exercise Classes

There are no 'Gate Fitness classes for the summer. The schedule will resume for the Fall '13 semester.

No registration required for classes.
First come, first served — Space is limited for many classes so please show-up 10 minutes in advance of the class start-time to reserve your spot.

Partnership

We are pleased to work with our campus partners including the Shaw Wellness Institute, to offer a variety of quality programming to better serve the Colgate community. We will update our program listings throughout the year.

Free Programming

All 'Gate Fitness programs, including the open group fitness classes below and our wellness workshops are free to Colgate students, employees, their spouses/domestic partners, and Trudy Fitness Center Members. See the Trudy Fitness Center page for membership details.

In conjunction with human resources, we also offer the Focus on Fitness program, specifically targeting faculty and staff wellness.
