These group exercise classes are tailored towards all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced — everybody fits!

All 'Gate Fitness programs, including the open group fitness classes below and our wellness workshops are free to Colgate students, employees, their spouses/domestic partners, and Trudy Fitness Center Members. See the Trudy Fitness Center page for membership details.
