'Gate Fit Challenge

The spring 2018 ’Gate Fit challenge runs Monday, March 26 through Sunday, April 22.

How it works:

  • Pick up a punch card at the Huntington Cage or the front desk off the Trudy Fitness Center (TFC).
  • To complete one level you must do seven ‘Gate fitness activities, which include working out at TFC, attending a ‘Gate Fitness group exercise class or working with a TFC personal trainer (fee based service).
  • Do up to one activity per day and make sure to get your level card punched when you complete the activity.
  • When you complete a level (seven workouts), turn in your punch card at the Huntington Equipment Services Window, receive your prize, and get a punch card for the next level.  
  • You have 4 weeks to get 21 workouts in. Get it started and get into a workout routine. It takes 21 days to make or break a habit.

Level One

  • 7 completed workouts
  • Prize: 'Gate Fit phone card holder
  • 1st 150 individuals to complete

  • 14 completed workouts
  • Prize: 'Gate Fit Challenge tote bag
  • 1st 125 individuals to complete

  • One winner, chosen randomly at the end
  • Must complete all three levels to qualify
