What three things would you want someone to know about Colgate?
  • While you may not feel as if you fit in with the general stereotype at Colgate, most everyone can find their people here. It just takes some time. I did not think I would fit in before I visited, but I just had to find the right people.
  • Some of the best experiences that you will have come when you do something outside the "main thing" you are known for at Colgate. I have really good friends outside of my "main thing" because I was open to being part of new groups.
  • Stay in touch with people even if it's just saying hi to them around campus. You never know when you'll be working with someone from one of your first-year seminar or other first-year classes as a senior intern.
