Summer projects run the gamut from community assistance to working with faculty on their research to creating a project of personal interest to the student. Funding can come from a variety of sources, and the time spent over the summer varies from 8-10 weeks. These projects can turn into longer-term research, which can carry over into senior honors theses and collaborations with faculty.
