This course continues the study of number theory begun in MATH 250 and includes the Quadratic Reciprocity Law of Gauss, Diophantine equations, and topics from algebraic number theory. Prerequisite: MATH 320 or permission of the instructor. Offered in the spring only, in alternate years.
